Today marks the official distribution of version 6.1 of Spectra’s leading edge and widely used property management database and accounting software. Version 6.1 is, without question, Spectra’s most important software release since introducing its Microsoft^® Windows based program in 1996.

10. Financial statement drill down to source transactions

11. Saving frequently generated reports in one “Favorites” destination

12. Executive Information System Dashboard
